About the Role
Grace & Co. is looking for a talented, highly creative Photographer & Videographer to join our real estate team full-time and take ownership of our visual content.
This is not simply a real estate photography position.
While producing exceptional photography, video, aerial media and 3D tours for our property listings will be a core responsibility, we're looking for someone who wants to become the visual storyteller behind our brand—documenting our listings, our people, our projects and the work that happens behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable carefully lighting and photographing a beautifully staged home, flying a drone to capture a property and its surroundings, creating a cinematic property tour, shooting a fast-paced Instagram Reel, or following our team through a renovation project to turn the process into compelling content.
You'll be responsible for both capturing and editing our media, while helping develop the creative direction and visual identity of our listings and our brand.
Listing Photography
You will be responsible for photographing our residential listings throughout Toronto - with a focus on East Toronto.
We are looking for photography that feels polished, architectural and natural - not simply wide-angle HDR photography.
Our preferred approach involves carefully composing and individually lighting spaces, including the use of multiple off-camera flashes where appropriate, to create bright, balanced interiors with accurate colours, natural-looking windows and a premium editorial finish.
Responsibilities will include:
Interior and exterior real estate photography
Advanced interior lighting techniques, including off-camera flash
Exposure blending and other techniques where appropriate
Strong architectural composition and attention to vertical lines and perspective
Twilight and dusk photography
Detail and lifestyle photography
Neighbourhood and surrounding-area photography
Complete post-production, including colour correction, exposure balancing, perspective correction and retouching
Maintaining a consistent visual style across our portfolio
