Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Furniture Salesperson. The role involves engaging with customers in a retail setting, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of furniture products, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, explaining product features, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge, including features, benefits, and uses of furniture items
• Experience in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong Communication skills for effective customer interactions
• Customer Service expertise to provide exceptional shopping experiences
• Willingness to work on-site in a retail environment, with flexibility and adaptability
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in furniture sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
