Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our growing team as a freelancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as new developments, partnerships and collaborationsBuild and maintain relationships with clients and industry partnersDevelop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenueMonitor and analyze market trends to stay competitiveAttend networking events and conferences to expand industry connectionsPrepare and present reports on business development progress and performance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development in the real estate industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of the real estate market and current trendsProven track record of developing new business opportunitiesAbility to work independently and manage own workloadStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
