Real Estate Assistant / Licensed Real Estate Agent
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our small growing team!
This is an excellent opportunity for a Realtor who wants to gain valuable experience while continuing to grow their own business. You’ll work with new leads, participate in real transactions, and receive one-on-one mentorship from a high-producing real estate broker.
In addition to hands-on sales experience, you’ll receive training on the systems and tools Realtors use every day, including Matrix, WEBForms, RealDesk, MLS®, ShowingTime, CRM platforms, and digital transaction management systems.
This is a paid position offering both hourly compensation and commission opportunities, with significant room for professional growth and advancement.
Duties
Assist with property management tasks, including scheduling inspections, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining property records.
Work with new buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant leads.
Support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, managing online listings, and social media.
Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or rental process.
Prepare and organize contracts, transaction files, and correspondence using industry software.
Learn and become proficient with Matrix, WEBForms, RealDesk, MLS®, CRM platforms, and other real estate systems.
Collaborate on lead generation, business development, and client outreach.
Communicate effectively with a diverse client base, including multilingual clients.
