Duties
Assist clients throughout the entire property transaction process, from initial consultation to closing
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
Negotiate offers and terms to secure favourable deals for clients
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with property management teams, inspectors, lenders, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions
Skills
Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
Marketing abilities
Outstanding communication skills for clear, confident interactions with clients and team members
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client files efficiently
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction
A real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
A client-first mindset and strong communication & relationship-building skills
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Pay: $10,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
