Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate React + Python Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, handling both frontend and backend development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Redux, Python and Node.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices
Required Skills
• Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Python
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with frontend frameworks and state management (Redux / Context API)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
