About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage the Instagram account, including planning and executing a high-volume content calendar
2. Analyze trends using the platform's AI tool to identify high-performing Reels and decide content direction
3. Build and manage a freelance video editor network source, trial, brief, and ensure timely delivery
4. Oversee day-to-day funnel operations and proactively report issues immediately
5. Learn and operate AI marketing agents under direct guidance from the founder
6. Track and report weekly performance metrics in a clear, numbers-driven format
Note:
