Eazy Care is a growing domiciliary care provider based in King's Cross, delivering high-quality care and support to people living in their own homes across the London Borough of Islington.

We are urgently recruiting experienced Reablement Support Workers to support people returning home after illness, injury or a hospital stay. Your role will focus on helping clients regain their independence, rebuild confidence and remain safely at home.

Immediate starts are available for applicants who already have:

An Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service preferred)
Up-to-date mandatory care training
The Right to Work in the UK
Successful applicants could start work within days.

About the Role

This is a community-based domiciliary care role supporting clients in their own homes.

You will provide person-centred support including:

Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Mobility and transferring
Reablement and promoting independence
Shopping and light domestic duties
Companionship
Accurate care recording using our mobile care system
We are looking for carers who can commit to regular shifts and provide consistent, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

Continuity of care is extremely important to us, therefore applicants must be able to commit to the availability they provide.

Shift Patterns Required

Applicants must be available to work regular shifts between 07:00 and 21:00.

We are currently recruiting carers who can work one or more of the following:

✔ Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00

✔ Afternoon/Evening shifts: 16:00 – 21:00

✔ Full availability: 07:00 – 21:00

✔ Split shifts: 07:00 – 14:00 and 16:00 – 21:00

Weekend availability is highly desirable.

Please note:
We are not recruiting applicants who are only available for a few hours each week.

Essential Requirements

You must:

Have previous experience working in domiciliary care or community care.
Be available to work regular shifts between 07:00 and 21:00.
Be able to commit to an agreed availability pattern.
Be reliable and able to follow a permanent rota once allocated to clients.
Have excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Be compassionate, dependable and committed to high-quality care.
Have the Right to Work in the UK.
