Job Description
Role
• BOH Lead Overall growth in Prime Segment MEB.
Overall growth of BOH Channel including deepening, ITD,IPG & One Axis Revenue & CASA NTB acquisition through BRO. Improvement in Mapped Book Cross-Sell ratio Take necessary measures to transform the channel resources as best in class. Training & Up-skilling of resources. Driving initiatives for BOH on Operational, Compliance, Audit, CX, Learning & Business parameters. Driving Golden Hour adherence Continuously seeking Feedback from branches, Cluster Head & incorporating them towards fulfilment of Bank Imperatives. Designing enablers to increase Digital Penetration in the BRO portfolios Responsible for Project Triumph. Ensuring adoption of Triumph across BRO & BOH Channel. Ensuring daily rhythm being followed leading to LG & LC and finally achieving goal of 30% growth in portfolios. Ensuring daily dashboards, weekly & Fortnightly reviews with Circle Heads & Regions and ensuring course correction.
