Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher engineering
degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent
additional professional experience
5 years of experience in SDLC of
solutions that are based on C & COBOL Technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in C / C++
programming language (5+ years), including experience with COBOL &
Mainframes
Strong understanding of OOPS
concepts and design patterns.
Expertise in designing and
developing complex software systems, including experience with distributed
systems and architecture
Knowledge of software design
patterns and best practices
Experience with database design
and development, including knowledge of SQL, DB2 and Oracle databases
Experience with software
development tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker
Hands-on experience with building
CICD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
Profile:
- Agile mindset
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
Analytical and organizational skills
Interest in technical frameworks
Good Communication skills
Interest in Scrum master role or
certification preferred
What you will do
Collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including product managers, functional squads and technical squads
Develop high-quality software
using Java technologies, ensuring that code is well-designed including security
and performance aspects
Define and implement development
processes and workflows that ensure that software is developed and delivered on
time and to a high standard.
