- Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
- Manage and sell Savings Accounts by conducting several marketing activities.
- Understand and analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in the NBFC/ Pharma/ Telecom/ FMCG sector can be considered.
- Age Range 21 – 30 Years.
- Should be comfortable using gadgets like tablets/ mobiles.
- Fresher willing to make career in sales in the Banking industry can be considered.
- Should be young and energetic with a passion for sales.
- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence.
