Your role:

As a Clinical Practice & Education Lead, you’ll provide clinical leadership to support high‑quality, patient centered care in the community. This position requires participation in home visits and the provision of hands‑on nursing care, alongside responsibility for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical competencies and orientation to ensure our community nurses are prepared for evolving care needs and organizational growth.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

✔ Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

✔ Degree from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing

✔ Personal vehicle and driver’s license

✔ Basic Life Support (CPR) certification

✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience of clinical practice in the community

✔ Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience

✔ Strong communication, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills

✔ Compassionate, respectful, and adaptable approach to patient care

✔ Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation systems)

Additional Assets:

✔ Wound care or medication administration experience

✔ Competency in head-to-toe assessments and nursing documentation

✔ Delegation of tasks experience

✔ N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses)
