We have opening for Account Quality Auditor-

The ISO +001 Manager is responsible for supporting all ISO +001 related quality assurance functions. The ISO +001 Manager will enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system & the assurance of conformity to customer and statutory & regulatory requirements. The ISO Quality Manager will actively interact with all departments and may interact with regulatory agencies, customers, consultants and vendors as related to the ISO +001 QMS needs.

They will manage all aspects of the ISO +001 system, including:

· Quality Policy; Scope of QMS; Management review

· Process Control through Procedures, Work Instructions, & Specifications

· Document control & revisions

· Risks & Opportunities.

· Resources needed

· Change management;

· Non-Conformance.

· Monitoring & measurement of process

· Corrective action; Process improvements

· Customer satisfaction

· Internal audit; External/Customer audit(s)

This position may also work on compliance with other ISO and non-ISO standards as business needs evolve.

Desired Experience / Qualifications

Qualifications: BCom/Chartered Accountant

Strong English communication

· Leadership experience required. Management experience preferred.

· Previous ISO/QMS experience is optional.

· Only having ISO/QMS experience is undesired. Candidate should be able to understand business from a non-ISO perspective in order to design the ISO +001 system in a way that is least burdensome.
