ABOUT US

Guardian Childcare Education is one of the most respected quality providers of early learning across Australia. With an innovative private equity owner, we are driven by a bold vision for growth. With a national footprint of 180 centres and a strong pipeline of new centres, we combine the scale of a major brand with the agility of a dynamic, purpose lead organisation. Conduct comprehensive reviews of documentation, practices, and physical environments, and compile findings into a digital quality assurance report to support rating determinations and guide targeted improvement planning
Identify key strengths, areas of non-compliance, and quality indicators during centre visits, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement and prioritisation
Clearly communicate emerging trends and findings to all relevant stakeholders, including Centre Managers, Regional Managers, and Portfolio Managers.
2. Fact Finding
Description: Undertake fact-finding processes related to child harm complaints, or incidents where the allegations relate to a Centre Manager or where the Centre Manager Role is currently vacant
Key Tasks:
Interview team members and relevant stakeholders
Collect and analyse evidence to support next steps
Write clear, evidence-based reports using Guardian templates and guidelines
3. Capability Building and Compliance Knowledge
Description: Support teams in understanding and meeting compliance and quality expectations by identifying gaps and delivering targeted guidance and education
Key Tasks:

Description: Effectively contribute to both national and state-level quality and compliance objectives through strong collaboration, communication, and alignment with cross-functional teams
Collaborate effectively as part of the national Quality Assurance and Quality and Curriculum Team to ensure consistent application of standards, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and share insights across our national network
