Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing and security compliance. You will lead and guide a team of QA professionals, utilizing advanced tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Testing Efforts: Guide and mentor a team of QA engineers in implementing effective testing strategies and methodologies.
• Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Selenium to ensure robust test coverage for web applications.
• Security Compliance: Ensure that all applications adhere to MASTG and OWASP compliant security standards, identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities.
• Performance Testing: Design and execute performance tests using JMeter to assess and enhance application performance and scalability.
• Web API Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of web APIs to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automated testing frameworks like Cypress and Selenium.
• Security Knowledge: Proven experience with MASTG and OWASP compliant security practices.
• Performance Testing: Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing and analysis.
• Web API Expertise: Solid experience in Web API testing, including knowledge of RESTful APIs and related testing tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high-quality software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
