Join us as a Quality & DevOps Manager
• This is a challenging role that'll see you design and engineer software with the customer or user experience as the primary objective
• You’ll be playing a major role in the engineering centre of excellence, collaborating to improve our bank’s overall software engineering capability
• You’ll gain valuable stakeholder exposure as you build and leverage relationships, as well as the opportunity to hone your technical talents
• We're offering this role at Vice President level
What you'll do
As a Quality & DevOps Manager, you’ll be mentoring and coaching feature and platform teams to higher levels of DevOps capabilities to drive continous improvements and to enhance the end customer experience.
We'll need you to be accountable for the output quality from all testing phases owned to make sure it meets the requirements of each quality test strategy. You'll also demonstrate how to measure, understand and visualise the flow and delivery of value through DevOps tools, techniques and processes.
In addition, you’ll be:
• Providing quality assurance delivery and managing test resources, pipelines, status reporting, test plans, cases, scripts, results, test readiness reviews and post-implementation reviews
• Working with various feature teams to produce software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business
• Determining the design and delivery approach for all of the platform’s software throughout its life
• Producing comprehensive quality strategies and detailed automation and performance test plans
• Enabling the continual flow of work packages across the domain, platform value stream or programmed
