About the role
Design Spec Joinery + Kitchens is seeking an experienced Wood Machinist / Joiner to join our team in Lismore, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for Machining Timber DAR, Mouldings, preparing timber for Doors & Windows and other joinery projects, in a family friendly supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
Reviewing specifications to accurately measure and quantify required materials
Working with the Joinery Team - Doors, Windows and Staitcases , to ensure jobs are on track
Liase with Team leader to ensure job completion in timeframe required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Wood machinist / Joiner, with strong knowledge of joinery construction techniques
Attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and customer service skills
A relevant trade qualification or certificate in Cabinet Making
