International Tax
Independently handling international tax (cross border tax issues involving tax treaties) assignments including
Expatriate tax planning and compliance
With-holding tax advisory and certification
Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
FEMA advisory and compliance
Representation before tax authorities
Advice to Corporate on taxation matters
Independent Client interface, liaison and relationship
Indirect Tax
Years of experience: 0 to 2 years

Job Profile:
Handling GST advisory and upcoming compliances with / without help of ASPs and GSPs
Handling routine compliances and advisory work under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes:
Computation and Making payment of above taxes on timely basis
Review of workings prepared by client
Applying for registrations, amendments, etc
Filing returns
Drafting reply to routine indirect tax queries
VAT Audits and Departmental audits
Assessments and appeals
Regular updating technical knowledge. Updated on GST rules, GST Act, GSTN procedures.
Statutory Audit

Job Profile:
Execution of statutory audit assignments independently
Execution /assist the on-site team in the execution of audit of statutory audit, tax audit and audit for group reporting assignments independently
Able to understand and execute the instructions of OAT and seniors in the Shared Service Centre
Being a SPOC for the client/ Onsite Audit Team (OAT)
Co-ordination with SKP cross service teams (IDT, Tax, C Law, TP, etc.) for assignments
Ownership of clients like CSS, billing, recovery, etc.
Internal Audit/Risk Advisory:
Years of experience: 0 to 2 years

Develop audit plans & RCM
Design internal audit processes
Draft internal audit reports
Independently executing assignments and managing team deployed on assignments.
Identify, assess and monitor risks by developing a risk management plan and strategy.
Constantly monitor engagements progress, manage risk, and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Financial Due Diligence

Job Profile:
Lead the financial due diligence engagement along with Manager and make sure that the Quality and timelines anticipated are adhere to by team
Document and report review, analyze and internal report creation. To analyze the financial results of companies and develop good understanding of business model.
To keep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease, operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generate ideas and share within the team.
To write strong reports on the findings noted during diligence process
To lead M&A mandates and transactions with end to end advisory
Constructing teasers, Pitch books, Information Memorandum for the clients
Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
Managing the implementation of a M&A proposition
