About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to build intelligent AI-powered applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python development, custom AI bot development, Agentic AI, workflow automation, RPA bots, database management, and query optimization.
You will be responsible for developing scalable AI solutions, building custom LLM-based bots, designing intelligent workflows, implementing automation systems, optimizing databases, and solving complex business problems through efficient algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.
β’ Develop custom AI bots using Large Language Models (LLMs).
β’ Build and implement Generative AI solutions.
β’ Design and develop Agentic AI applications.
β’ Create intelligent workflows for AI-driven business processes.
β’ Develop automation solutions and RPA bots.
β’ Design efficient algorithms for solving complex business problems.
β’ Design, manage, and optimize databases.
β’ Write and optimize database queries for maximum performance.
β’ Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
β’ Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python, AI, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills
β’ 4β8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
β’ Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
β’ Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
β’ Experience developing custom AI bots for business applications.
β’ Strong understanding and practical experience in Generative AI.
β’ Experience designing and developing Agentic AI solutions.
β’ Experience building intelligent AI workflows.
β’ Strong knowledge of algorithms and problem-solving.
β’ Experience developing automation solutions.
β’ Hands-on experience building RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots.
β’ Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
β’ Experience with database design, SQL query writing, and query optimization.
β’ Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
