Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop purchasing policies and procedures professionally for all rugs product lines.
Conduct inventory analysis and study client needs to formulate rugs purchasing plans.
Conduct due diligence on rugs manufactures worldwide to evaluate business risks.
Invite tenders, consult with rugs manufactures worldwide and review quotations.
Negotiate and determine rugs purchasing contract terms and conditions.
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate all rugs purchasing activities.
Liaise with rugs manufacturers and customs for international shipping issues.
Skills and Qualification:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics is required.
Previous experience as a purchasing clerk is required.
