Job Description
To be responsible for the planning of purchase orders like buying materials, and goods
To be responsible for raise of the purchase order to different vendors as per planning
To be responsible for daily check of raw materials (RM)
To be responsible for taking care of raw materials (RM) and to coordinate with vendors and transporter
To be responsible for raising the complain if the raw materials (RM) are not as per the specification
To be responsible for managing and taking care of the raw materials (RM)
To be responsible for maintaining the purchase records in tally & excel
To be responsible for maintaining the stocks in tally & excel
To be responsible for the arrangement of reels at a go down in a systematic way
10. To be responsible for taking care of in-house printing stock to avoid lack of printed sheets availability.
11. To be responsible for receiving and maintaining printed sheets from different printers.
12. To be responsible for cross-checking RM, WIP, and Finished goods stock and record it on tally as well as in excel files.
13. To be responsible for maintaining BRC documents related to the store & purchase department.
14. To be responsible for maintaining entry of outsourced and in-house RM in Tally to prepare the monthly stock.
