Job Description
We are Hiring for our Client in Construction industry,
Position - Purchase Executive (Candidate only from the Construction, Architect, Building materials & Real Estate industry industry experience Only)
Required The Following Qualities:
Candidates should possess any Degree.
Good verbal and written communication
Good computer knowledge with Proficient in Microsoft products
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Construction, Architect, Building materials & Real Estate industry as a Purchase Executive
Must have two wheeler
Job Responsibilities:
Keeping an exact record of Inward & Outward of material accordingly.
Follow proper Inventory of products or material.
Planning promotional campaigns for new products.
Ensure the safety of all kinds of material in the site.
Ensure the site is kept clean & Organized for proper movement of materials.
Report damaged Inventory products and do the necessary procedures for reimburse that material from the same purchase vendors.
Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order for stocking purposes.
Generate a report & record for material received and delivered concerns.
Job Requirements:
Must be organized and punctual regard Purchase activity.
Well - presented and professional
Any degree should be possessed
Graduate with 2+ years of experience. (Minimum 1 to 2 years exp in Purchase)
Research potential vendors.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers & Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Review quality of purchased products & Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Candidate only from the Construction, Architect, Building materials & Real Estate industry experience.
CTC : 2 LPA to 2.8 LPA for exp candidates as per market standards
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary:ÂÂâ'¹18,000.00 - â'¹23,000.00 per month
Schedule:ÂDay shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
Saidapet, Guindy, Adyar, T.Nagar, Teynampet, Alwarpet and Nandanam Near, Chennai, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Purchase Executive from the Construction, Architect, Building materials & Real Estate industry industry: 2 to 4 years (Preferred)
