Job Description
Technical Skill & process knowledge
• § Ability to define & develop the process for machining or fabrication of TG components
• § Able to understand the machine operation & all technical related fields about machine & process
• § Able to understand the fabrication operation & all technical related fields about welding
• § Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering drawing standards with respect to Drawing Control Index (DCI)
• § To read, analyze, and interpret various types of technical drawings, including blueprints, schematics, detailed drawings, GFC drawings and shop drawings
• § To understand design specifications, dimensions, materials, and construction methods essential for successful engineering design, project planning and execution
Cost Estimation & Negotiation
• § To calculate the cost estimation of the product with various operations & processes
• § Knowledge of machines & machining procedures, tooling & cutting parameters
• § Ability to apply knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and historical financial data to evaluate and compare costs across various projects and operations,
Vendor Management
• § To identify, engage, conduct (technical and financial) evaluation, negotiate with vendors and monitor vendor performance
• § Management of Work Orders/ Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services,
• Addressal of vendor grievances and monitoring of compliance, while maintaining cost-efficiency to support seamless project execution

• Monitor supplier performance and manage ongoing relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to capitalize on new outsourcing opportunities and technology

Vendor Evaluation
• § Ability to understand the vendor landscape, including vendor capabilities, vendor performance criteria (pricing, quality, timelines, compliance with standards, past performance etc.) and lifecycle costing, to assess and select vendors,
