Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:-

· Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for our Clients.

· Manage and oversee social media content.

· Assist in structuring and managing performance based digital campaigns on popular social media platforms.

· Measure the success of every social media campaign. Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns.

· Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies – strategy and execution of ORM across clients social media platforms.

· Use social media marketing tools

· Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

· Supervise all aspects of social media interaction ensure a positive customer service experience

· Proficiency with various social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

· Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others

· Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box.

Qualifications

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management / ORM / influencer management / social media advocacy

· BMM / BMS / MBA / BSc Finance / BCom with knowledge of relevant digital and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout social, Brand24 and Konnect Insights.

· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
