The External Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy that supports Swinerton's business goals and enhances its brand reputation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive effective communication plans and campaigns across various channels, including social media, press releases, and industry publications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
Drive communication plans and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation within the AEC industry.
Establish consistent timelines and achieve key milestones and deadlines.
Evaluate the success of communications efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Create engaging and informative content tailored to different external audiences.
Maintain consistency in messaging and branding.
Act as a champion for the company's brand, ensuring all external communications reflect the company's identity and core values.
Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote company initiatives and projects.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key national media outlets and journalists.
Manage the distribution channels for external publications and secure positive media coverage.
