Job Description
Who you are: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a pre-licensed Limited Permit-MFT
Location: Remote (must be licensed or pre-licensed in New York)
LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT — fully licensed or pre-licensed (limited permit / associate) in New York
A corporate or professional background before or alongside your clinical work — finance, consulting, law, tech, or a similar high-pressure field
You understand our clients because you've been in the room with people like them
Experience or genuine interest in treating anxiety, stress, burnout, high-achieving perfectionism, career transitions, and relationship issues
Comfortable and effective delivering therapy over telehealth
Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
Valid NY State license/limited permit to practice (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, MFT-LP)
Training and experience in clinical diagnostics according to the DSM-5
Ability to submit session notes and other supervision materials within the time frame specified by supervisor
Experience in clinical documentation and writing

Responsibilities
Warm, direct, and able to hold your own with sharp, accomplished clients
Conduct consultations with potential clients
Provide weekly individual or couples therapy sessions
Complete session notes and treatment plans
Participate in weekly supervision
Respond effectively and appropriately to all client communication outside of session
