Training or experience with Liebert/Emerson, APC suites, and hardware for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)

Understanding of SAN storage concepts including zoning, LUN sizing, storage pools, RAID implementations, and volume configuration

Experience with HP EVA, 3PAR, Pure Storage, and Cisco UCS storage solutions

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in IT systems administration
1–2 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT support role
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking
Experience with a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, such as Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, Workspace ONE, or similar endpoint management solutions
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs
Certifications required: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000
The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $70,000 - $100,000
The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual

Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure
This role provides technical support for user devices, servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, enterprise applications, and endpoint management systems, while helping ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and operational
The position also supports system upgrades, software deployments, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation of technology solutions that support business operations
Support and maintain Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions for device configuration, software deployment, patching, and endpoint compliance
Administer and support Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, and related infrastructure
Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, groups, and system security settings
Monitor system health, performance, backups, alerts, and security events
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, endpoint, and application issues
Deploy software, updates, operating system patches, and configuration changes in accordance with established procedures
Assist with cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, endpoint initiatives, infrastructure projects, and system migrations
Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, asset information, and knowledge base articles
Work with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies
Provide timely, professional technical support to end users while meeting service expectations and following escalation procedures
Time Management: Can generally use time effectively and is working towards improving task prioritization and deadline management
Organization: Can prioritize daily tasks, manage personal workflow, and utilize basic tools to keep track of responsibilities
