Key Responsibilities:Analyze RFQs and ITT documents and provide technical clarifications.Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and datasheets for process equipment.Manage vendor RFQs, follow-ups, offer reviews, and clarifications.Coordinate drafting of process documents and perform quick edits in AutoCAD.Build cost estimates for proposals and maintain vendor/client relationships.Ensure proposals comply with standards such as API, GPSA, and project specifications.Collaborate with team members and support bid review meetings.Assist in project handovers for awarded bids.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in upstream oil & gas sector.Familiarity with Gas Dehydration (TEG/MEG), Amine Sweetening, Condensate Stabilization, etc.Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and drawing markups.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Understanding of international engineering standards and project execution processes.
