Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
- Explain project features, pricing, and benefits
- Plan and conduct site visits with clients
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Work toward monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduation required
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation & convincing skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Qualified and customer-oriented attitude
