We’re looking for a Furnished Rentals Manager to lead and expand one of the most exciting verticals in our business—serving a high-value portfolio that includes executives, relocation clients, and film/TV productions.

With over 400 properties under management, including nearly 100 furnished rentals, our company is deeply rooted in the Toronto real estate scene and has worked with major players in media and entertainment for 25+ years. We're now seeking a leader to take this division to the next level.

Your Mission

You’ll be responsible for scaling our furnished rentals division, managing everything from owner onboarding to leasing, turnover, and client satisfaction. Your success will be measured by portfolio growth, rental conversion, and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

Owner Onboarding Portfolio Growth

Field and respond to new furnished rental inquiries from property owners
Present services, build trust, and tailor strategies to meet client goals
Provide CMAs, suggest upgrades, and prepare listings for market
Oversee contracts and ensure seamless integration with the operations team
Leasing Listing Management

List properties on all key platforms (Airbnb, MLS, Rentals.ca, etc.)
Schedule and conduct showings, screen tenants, and manage lease execution
Ensure tenant transitions and property details are up to date in Propra Management Software and Marco's database
Industry Partnerships (Film/TV + Executive Relocation)

Collaborate with film industry travel coordinators to place high-value bookings
Build and maintain relationships with production teams, agents, and corporate relocation providers
Handle logistics and custom accommodations to meet client needs
Tenant Experience Client Relations

Act as the primary contact for tenants, ensuring timely, professional communication
Oversee move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and service inquiries
Add personal touches to enhance guest experience and tenant satisfaction
Turnovers, Maintenance Quality Control

Personally inspect units and manage repairs, cleaning, and turnovers
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair tasks to keep properties in good condition
Respond to tenant repair requests promptly, prioritizing urgent issues
Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely work
Communicate significant repair needs to property owners
Coordinate with cleaners and vendors to maintain premium hospitality standards
Resolve issues promptly and ensure clear communication with property owners
Marketing Growth Initiatives

Manage email campaigns, social media posts (Instagram YouTube), and listings
Gather reviews, shoot walkthrough content, and grow our client database
Be the face and voice of our brand in the furnished rental space
Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in furnished, short-term, or executive property management
Deep understanding of high-touch client service in real estate, hospitality, or film/TV sectors
Organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed with a hospitality mindset
Familiarity with tools like Airbnb, Buildium, Mailchimp, MLS, and Social Media
Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
Someone who has experience with Propra Management Software is a bonus
Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
Compensation Growth Potential

Base Salary: $50,000 + 1% management fee/bonus
Benefits: Yes – health benefits included
Performance Bonus Structure: Target earnings of $75,000–$100,000+ based on portfolio growth and success
