Wemark Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Property Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide.

We are a modern, forward-thinking real estate agency focused on delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while continuously growing our property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a residential property portfolio from start to finish
Handle tenant enquiries and communications
Conduct routine inspections and entry/exit inspections
Manage lease renewals and tenancy agreements
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
Arrears management and tenant follow-up
Ensure compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation
Provide exceptional service and communication to landlords
What We’re Looking For:

Current Property Manager Licence (South Australia)
Previous property management experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
