Estimated Work Hours

Working hours depends on number of jobs. Usually 2–4 jobs per week.
Each job normally takes about 1–2 hours. Some jobs may take more time.
Main Duties

Fix internet problems in the unit.
Check guest complaints before calling a technician or handyman.
Do regular inspections to make sure the unit is clean, fully stocked, and all kitchen items are available.
Buy and deliver small appliances to guests when they need them urgently.
Receive big deliveries (like furniture or appliances) and make sure they are put in the right place and not damaged.
Check if the keys were returned when needed.
Optional / When Needed

Make simple user guides for appliances (stove, dishwasher, main switch) in print and digital format.
Make easy car-park guides with photos or video.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
