Position Summary
Situated on the picturesque Grand River, the City of Brantford is a rapidly growing community of over 100,000 residents, located in the heart of Southern Ontario with direct access to Hwy. 403 and is in close proximity to the GTHA, Waterloo and Niagara regions. As part of the Community Strategies and Family Supports Department, the Community Resource Navigator will be an integral part of the Community Resource Navigator Program, helping individuals and families to access community resources including health care, employment services, housing options, child care and other needed supports. This is an in-person/on-site position, based out of the Ontario Works Office in Brantford.
