Property Litigation Lawyer

Job description
We have direct instructions from the lead partner on a superb career opportunity with a reputed City property litigation group. You will be working alongside some of the foremost property litigators in the capital and be given excellent responsibility, and have genuine client contact in acting for premium funds, property companies and institutions, as well as some smaller property owners. The team works across all manner of property disputes, to include rights of light, negligence, renewals, and other major property contractual claims.

You will be working in a property litigation role in a top 20 or other leading City firm and have a stable career record. We would expect suitable applicants for this role to have (approximately) between six and twelve years’ PQE. You will be a good ‘all-rounder’, with an ability and enthusiasm in business development and in mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
