Job Title: Property Advisor/ Relationship Manager
Location: Kolkata ( Garia)
Sector: Residential Real Estate Sales
Experience: 1–3 years (PA) 3–6 years (RM)
Job Purpose
To act as the primary point of contact for high-intent homebuyers and investors.
The role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead nurturing and
site visits to final negotiations and post-sales coordination—ensuring high
conversion rates and client satisfaction within the Kolkata real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Management
2. Client Relationship & Advisory
3. Negotiation & Closing
4. Channel Partner (CP) Relations
5. Competitor Mapping: Keep track of new launches, pricing trends
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
