Property Acquisition Manager (Part-Time)

About Gharana Stays
Gharana Stays is a fast-growing experiential travel platform focused on unique stays, farm stays, villas, homestays, and adventure experiences across India. We are looking for a proactive individual who can help us expand our portfolio while ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard quality properties, villas, farm stays, homestays, resorts, and unique accommodations.
• Source and partner with adventure operators and experiential activity providers.
• Upload and manage property and adventure listings on the Gharana Stays website with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and amenities.
• Coordinate with property owners to collect required information and documentation.
• Manage the property inventory and ensure all listings remain updated.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property onboarding and content management.
• Maintain organized records of partner properties and contracts.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth listing launches.
Requirements
• Experience in hospitality, travel, OTA, hotel sales, property acquisition, or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CMS platforms, and basic online tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with OTAs, travel startups, hotels, resorts, or vacation rental platforms.
• Knowledge of the Indian hospitality and travel industry.
• Existing network with property owners or travel operators will be an added advantage.
