Today, our real-estate portfolio has 30 buildings, encompassing residential, hotel, industrial, commercial and office properties across 7 cities in Canada and the USA. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Property Accountant to manage full-cycle real estate accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks and/or Sage, have a minimum of 1-yr experience in real estate accounting and administration, be able to work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
