Zivaya is a chain of luxury wellness outlets major chains of hotels, palaces, airports and lounges across India. We offer premium therapies, beauty, spa & hair treatments.
Position Summary
The Promoter is responsible for actively engaging with passengers and visitors at Ahmedabad Airport, introducing them to Zivaya Wellness services, generating walk-in customers, and assisting the outlet team in achieving daily sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively approach passengers and visitors in designated areas of the airport.
Introduce and explain Zivaya Wellness services, spa treatments, and ongoing promotional offers.
Encourage customers to visit the outlet and convert enquiries into bookings.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly footfall and sales targets.
Build rapport with customers while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all services, pricing, packages, and promotions.
Coordinate with therapists and reception staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist in distributing promotional material when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and conversions.
Ensure compliance with airport security regulations, company policies, and grooming standards.
Represent the Zivaya Wellness brand positively at all times.
Eligibility
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
