Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project execution for luxury hotel, banquet, and celebration property developments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Ensure design and finish standards match luxury hospitality expectations.
• Handle multiple project sites and ensure standardization across locations.
• Manage on-ground execution, vendor negotiations, and quality assurance.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale civil and interior projects, specifically in luxury hospitality or high-end banquet spaces.
• Proven track record of delivering high-budget projects (₹50 Cr+) on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, interiors, and finishing works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
• Familiar with luxury brand aesthetics, standards, and operational functionality.
