Job Description:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and residential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless delivery
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance metrics
Requirements:
• 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales in the lighting industry, with a focus on residential and architecture segments
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the lighting industry, market trends, and customer needs
• Stability in previous roles (minimum 2 years in each role)
