We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in office or Hotel interior fit-out project in the Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project from inception to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all phases of the interior fit-out project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Resolve on-site issues and mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD.
