Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

Experience

8–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
Experience in handling multiple construction sites simultaneously is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Review BOQs, estimates, contracts, and billing certifications.
Track project costs and implement cost-control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Manage subcontractors and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Coordinate with procurement for timely material and equipment availability.
Review and approve contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory approvals, and company policies.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
