We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering to lead and oversee on-site operations at a construction project in Gandhinagar.
The role involves managing the execution of both civil and electrical components, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute project plans, coordinating site resources, timelines, and workflow.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily Gandhinagar on-site operations, ensuring work is completed to specification and within timelines.
• Client Communication: Attend regular meetings with Gandhinagar clients to report on progress, resolve concerns, and align on milestones.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain all required site documents including DPRs, MPRs, and test reports as per tender and compliance requirements.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with departments and vendors to fulfill resource needs and overcome project challenges.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
• Risk & Safety Compliance: Proactively identify potential risks and ensure the site complies with all safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on project management experience in civil construction industry in Gujarat.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, materials, electrical systems, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
