Project Engineer - Protein World Office Development
Gurgaon Full-time, on-site ₹12–15L
We’re hiring a Project Engineer to anchor our Office Development function in Gurgaon.
We’re building our new Protein World offices in Gurgaon, and continuing that build across other spaces we hold in the city. This is a long-running build pipeline, not a one-off project. The Project Engineer is the technical owner across all of it.
This is a founding seat. You’ll be one of the first technical hires on the ground, working directly with the MD and reporting into senior leadership.

What you’ll own
This is the technical seat on the build. The Site Supervisor manages people and pace. You manage technical correctness — making sure the building actually works.
The pipeline:
1. The Gurgaon flagship office. A premium commercial fit-out. You’ll own the technical execution end-to-end — drawing review, clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP, stage-by-stage technical sign-off before each trade moves in, vendor evaluation on substitutions, and quantity discipline on materials.
2. Continuing builds across our Gurgaon portfolio. Once the flagship is done, the same standard rolls out across our other spaces in the city. You set the spec on project one and replicate it across every project after.
3. Consultant interface. You’ll be the technical liaison with our architect, structural consultant, MEP consultant, and specialist vendors (microcement, stone cladding, copper fabrication, automation).
4. Documentation. As-built drawings, warranty records, system manuals, vendor sign-offs. The handover stack lives with you.
