XIME Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage civil construction, infrastructure development, renovation, and maintenance activities across our residential management campus.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction and renovation projects.
• Oversee maintenance of campus buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, project schedules, and monitor budgets.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, project management, and facilities maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading civil drawings.
• Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
• Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Willingness to work on-site and manage projects hands-on.
Ability to commute/relocate
• Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
