Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager / Account Manager for our US staffing division, specifically catering to IT services and implementation clients such as Cognizant and Accenture. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in client handling, client mining. The individual must be adept at managing relationships, ensuring project success, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are met.
Build and maintain Experience working with large IT services companies like Cognizant, Accenture, and similar organizations.
Strong knowledge of the IT landscape, including relevant technologies, roles, and market trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to handle high-level client interactions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects at once.
Onsite availability: Must be ready to work onsite at the Hyderabad location.
