Job Title: Project Coordinator/Specialist-I
Job Location - Remote
Duration - 05 months

35 hours per week

We are building a new team to support us in driving dropoff success and compliance. Your work will help shape the future of our driver product and user experience for one of our client's biggest bets.
Responsibilities
• Support fulfillment for our delivery service and help drive compliance to drop-off expectations.
• Conduct photo reviews of runner photos to train a machine learning photo verification model and provide real-time feedback to runners on inadequate photos.
• Grade and review drop-off photos as drivers take them.
• Upload photo scores into our platform for machine learning model training and our upcoming driver ratings product work.
• Outreach to runners to provide feedback about their photos.
• Assist in drop-off intelligence processes and workflows.
• Outreach to customers to encourage providing drop-off instructions on difficult buildings (apartments, multi-tenant units) to help our drivers be successful on drop-offs.
• Follow our address-matching process to scrape historical client orders in order to edit drop-off instructions for runners.
• Conduct ad-hoc fulfillment investigations.
Qualifications
• Must have basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understand Excel formulas, formatting, and data entry.
• Preferred: Comfortable with pivot tables, cleaning data, and experience pulling data with pre-built queries.
• Ability to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and escalating issues.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
Previous Work Experience
• Experience with monitoring parcel delivery and/or fraud (e.g., UPS/FedEx parcel fraud or compliance).
• Data entry in logistics monitoring or coordination.
• Consulting or data analytics with delivery of goods.
