About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the full lifecycle of project management activities within our Early Careers Programs. Reporting to the Early Careers Project Manager, you will play a key role in the development, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of initiatives including our Graduate, Apprenticeship, Undergraduate, and Traineeship programs. This role plays a key part in shaping the future workforce of ASC and contributes directly to our long-term capability development strategy.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of project plans aligned with ASC’s strategic objectives.
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones for Early Careers Program. Ensure alignment with program goals and key stakeholders.
Manage scopes of work and ensure delivery aligns with contractual and compliance requirements.
Monitor project performance, analyse variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Manage and monitor budgets to ensure effective delivery of the Early Careers Program.
Update and maintain project documentation in accordance with contract and customer requirements.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination within complex environments.
Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management practices.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Check. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining this clearance.
