Project Architect

Role responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architect with 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture and design development. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, solid technical foundation, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
As a Design Architect, you will play a key role in the design process from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions. This role involves both creative leadership and technical execution supporting project teams while also taking initiative in driving design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
• Develop detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
• Contribute creative input and problem-solving throughout the design process
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
• Develop innovative design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic objectives of the project.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design.

Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or design firms
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and built work
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes is a plus
• Professional licensure (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
