Project Architect at Jestico + Whiles

Jestico + Whiles is currently seeking a highly talented, motivated and passionate project architect with minimum five years’ experience in hotel and hospitality interiors. The role will include all stages from narrative and concept through to implementation. The ideal candidate will be fluent in SketchUp, Photoshop and AutoCAD and knowledge of Enscape would be well-received.
Specific requirements of the role includes:
• design development including coordination with other consultants
• understanding of fire strategy
• understanding of cost plans
• production of tender/construction issue packages
• specification of finishes and FFE
• liaison and workshopping with sub-contractors
• review of sub-contractors information and samples
• liaison with and presentation to operators
• review of operators’ requirements, and responsibility for conformance with them
• review of built works including prototypes, mock-ups and samples
• fluency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign

There will be a requirement for overseas travel (alone or accompanied) including outside Europe.
